We are very keen to encourage local residents to carry out their own pieces of research, be it about their family, their house, local industry, shop or individual. This year for the first time, we are holding a ‘road show’ on August 27th to encourage local people to bring memorabilia and memories to our event shelter in the ‘Rec’ so that we can capture them for our archives. Anyone who has lived in Fleetville or who is interested in the district is welcome to come along. Tea and cakes available!
